Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customer service, service networks, and distributors, ensuring the quality of maintenance and refurbishment.
• Regularly maintain and update technical documentation for products, ensuring timely and accurate information on change processes.
• Conduct regular product technical training, assessment, and certification for customer service and service network.
• Collect post-sales issues of products, regularly report to the group on after-sales and quality, and drive product quality improvement.
• Collect EWP data and market feedback for analysis, driving product improvement and forming closed-loop management.
• Responsible for the local service implementation of new product introductions and providing support for insights into expanding new business local services.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Major Requirements: Science and engineering-related majors.
• Work Experience: Experience in assembly/electronic product industries or technical support service experience preferred.
• Knowledge Requirements: Understanding of electronic products preferred.

Skills and Qualities:

• Strong service-oriented mindset, diligent, and responsible.
• Proficient in office software applications.
• Bilingual speaker (English and Chinese)
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
