Job Description
- The process & CoC lead is the subject matter corporate expert lead for paint prep process, material matrix validation, tutone process and material development.
- The Process & CoC Lead will coordinate and guide new developments to assure process capability and follow the introductions of new materials into the plants.
- In addition, develop new processes to improve paint efficiencies, quality and throughput as well as support new model process development.
- The candidate will provide technical support to all plants on material/process issues and are responsible for technical improvements and updates for paint standard operating procedures.
- The candidate will support all FCA North American Assembly Plants in connection with quality, throughput and focused problem solving.
