We are searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help us keep growing. Schedule is Monday-Friday with flexible start time for an 8 hour day.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain precise records of all incoming payments

• Prepare and send invoices to clients

• Respond to and resolve clients’ billing issues and questions

• Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices

• Actively investigate and resolve discrepancies in both incoming and outgoing payments

• Ensure all payments are properly posted

• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger

• Assist in preparing detailed accounts receivable status

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role

• Understanding of basic accounting principles

• Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures in a timely manner

• Excellent data entry skills

• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle AR interactions with clients
