SEES Group is looking for a Clinical Outreach Coordinator to join our team!

SEES Group operates multi-specialty medical practices and ambulatory surgery centers across the Southeastern United States and US Territories. POSITION SUMMARY The Clinical Outreach Coordinator role entails fostering constructive connections between community physicians and SEES practices, aimed at informing providers about the clinical services available at our facilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following:

  • Maintain listing of community physicians within the territory including practice locations, mailing address, emails and phone numbers.
  • Identify new physicians entering each market. Onboard these physicians with the relevant practices.
  • Establish a regular pattern of in person visits with community physicians.
  • Discuss clinical services, physicians and location options with community physicians and staff.
  • Discuss new services, new physicians, and new locations with community physicians and staff.
  • Plan and host continuing education events and coordinate event plans with your corresponding provider(s)/speaker(s).
  • Build a trustworthy partnership with and obtain feedback from community physicians regarding services provided and/or events attended.
  • Communicate feedback with your regional directors, executive director/center director and physicians in order to determine an appropriate plan of action.
  • Review referral reports on a monthly basis and report findings.
  • Maintain up-to-date data on competitors in your territory.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statutes
  • Maintains knowledge of and follows policies, procedures, Code of Conduct, and all Federal and state rules and regulations related to the position.
  • Attends all required trainings.
  • Completes all required compliance training.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 

High School diploma or equivalent is required, college degree is preferred; a minimum of one (1) year experience in a professional relations capacity, medical sales experience is preferred.
