Being computer literate is a must. The following programs are the most frequently used.:

■ Keep production floor accountable

• Observe stock and order supplies as necessary for all things finishing. (Heat-sealed bags, sizing stickers, etc)
• Basic Folding machine maintenance/troubleshooting (training/manual provided)
• Leadership and communication skills
• Coordinate between production and fulfillment team
• Will be the direct supervisor and trainer of all Folding Finishing hires
• Keep the team on task to meet daily goals

Candidate Must Also Possess

• Attention to detail
• Desire to work hard
• Positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and take initiative to lead
• Self-starter who needs little supervision to maintain momentum
• Warehouse experience preferred

Requirements

• Ability to work assigned shift- attendance is required
• Basic Math reasoning skills
• Lifting Ability; up to 25-50 pounds continuously; Push/Pull Ability; up to 150 pounds assisted
• Capability to work in a fast-paced work environment that may have fluctuating temperatures and loud noise levels while working with machinery and chemicals in a safe and conscientious manner
• Must be able to adhere to safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
