We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coating to metal surfaces using various techniques to achieve a durable and high-quality finish.

The Powder Coater will be expected to operate equipment such as spray guns and ovens to ensure proper application and curing of the powder coating.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning and pre-treating them
• Apply powder coating using spray guns in a consistent and precise manner
• Monitor the curing process in ovens and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning and maintaining equipment

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a Powder Coater or similar role
• Knowledge of different types of powder coatings and application techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good physical stamina and dexterity
