SEEK Careers/Staffing is Hiring an Utility Worker Near Plover, WI

Utility Worker

Plover area manufacturer is looking to add to their first shift production team. If you love working 12 hour shifts and working in a fast paced environment, this is the position for you!

Position – Utility worker

Job Location – Plover, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 12 hour day shift

Starting Pay – $19 to $20/hr

Required Experience – Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is helpful.

As a utility worker you will be working in the production area and warehouse, sorting through materials and inspecting the product for quality. You will be helping with general clean up around the shop floor and working in the maintenance and janitorial area as needed.

Responsibilities

- Sorting through materials and inspecting product as it comes into the production area.

- Basic janitorial and maintenance duties which may include, taking out garbage, sweeping and mopping at the end of the shift, etc

- Relieving production employees as needed for breaks

Qualifications 

- Must be able to work a 12 hour shift and able to lift up to 50lbs throughout your shift

- Some prior experience in a manufacturing and/or maintenance setting is helpful

- Must be able to work well in a team and have a strong attendance record.
