SEEK Careers/Staffing is Hiring a Parts Specialist Near Oshkosh, WI

Mechanic/Assembly

Use your mechanical skills and love of fixing things, to show your pride for our Military by being a Final Inspector/retro-fitter on Military Trucks. Our Troops are counting on you!

Position – Mechanic/Assembly

Job Location – Oshkosh, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 4:30pm) M- F with Optional Saturdays also!

Starting Pay – $17 or more per hour depending on experience

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 6 months of experience

As an Mechanic/Assembly you will help diagnose issues and trouble shoot solutions dealing with Military Trucks and Equipment

Responsibilities

  • Follow directions given by the lead mechanics on how to fix the issue

  • Work on Military Trucks in a variety of capacities and duties

  •  Change parts both mechanical and low voltage electrical or painting might be necessary

Qualifications

  • Experience, as a mechanic, Hobby Mechanic, or mechanical assembly is desired

  • Knowledge of both hand and power tools

* Experience reading schematics is desired

* Experience with Hydraulic systems is desired
