Job Location – Appleton, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 3^rd shift openings (must be able to train on 1st shift)

Starting Pay – $20.00/hr

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – 3 months manufacturing experience/Strong work history

You will be responsible for collecting, counting, inspecting and packing finished product. This position will also require consistent lifting of 35 pounds and movement throughout the whole day.

Responsibilities

- Ensure quality of all finished products and report any problems to crew leader

- Accurately count all pieces onto pallets and ensure the appearance of pallets meets company standards

- Accurately label all pallets for shipping

- Maintain a safe and clean work station and report any concerns to management

Qualifications

- 3 months manufacturing experience

- Able to work as a team player

- Ability read and write English

- Able to lift consistent weight of 35 pounds

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole number, fractions and decimals

- Excellent communication skills
