Position – Team Lead

Job Location – Green Bay, WI

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp to Hire

Employment Type – Full Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd Shift – Sunday – Thursday (OT on Friday)

Starting Pay – $23/hour shift differential

Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – 1( ) year

Background Profile:

• Coach/Train employees a crew of 6-8
• Distribute job tasks
• Monitor production to ensure deadlines are met
• Operate various machines & forklifts
• Sanitize equipment
• Complete daily paperwork
• Ability to lead by example
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Possess positive attitude
• Prior leadership experience within the food manufacturing industry desired
• Possess understanding of GMP codes
