Seed & Stock is an office coffee and pantry service provider servicing companies in California. We focus on mid-sized to large companies that are often ranked as “best workplaces” and provide them with the support they need to keep their employees fueled and happy.

To assist with this mission, we’re looking for a Delivery/Operations Associate to join our team. The Delivery/Operations Associate drives a company box truck over an established route and is responsible for delivering client orders in a safe and timely manner. As the face of the company, the Delivery/Operations Associate must project a professional, positive image and provide the client with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver client orders safely and within established time frames
• Load and unload company box truck
• Ensure client is happy and answer any questions they may have
• Inform clients of new products or services
• Listen to and resolve any client concerns
• Take note of any feedback received from client and report back to manager
• Maintain accurate inventory reports
• Restock snacks and beverages at client offices if needed
• Keep company box truck clean and organized
• Perform all job functions in a safe and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Previous driving experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Class B commercial license preferred
• Ability to lift 50lbs frequently
• Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (pallets, pallet jack, dolly, lift gate etc.)
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Positive attitude and can-do approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong initiative; ability to work independently and follow through safely and accurately on assignments with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime based on company needs
• Must be able to walk, stand, and kneel for extended periods
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
