Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Technical Project Manager

Sedron Technologies aims to design and manufacture advanced water, energy, and waste treatment technologies that set a new standard for both the developed and developing worlds. Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will: 

  • Oversee entire scopes working directly with Sedron's internal production teams to ensure progress and success at all stages of project lifecycle
  • Organize and direct the effective coordination of material planning, purchasing and production scheduling to ensuring timely delivery of finished products to customers
  • Manage and forecast costs, schedules, and resource needs on projects, using our internal systems
  • Identify project risks or issues and implement mitigation plans
  • Ensure that production goals are accomplished in line with business objectives
  • Demonstrate the ability to work individually and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Prioritize and organize duties and responsibilities to fulfill multiple objectives
  • Work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet interesting problems
  • Professionally represent Sedron in customer interactions
  • Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

The Technical Project Manager position has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance, experience, and supervisor discretion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or other higher education in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; additional experience may waive the education requirement as applicable
  • 2 years of project management experience within a highly technical or engineering field is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software is required
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Experience with NX or equivalent CAD software is desired
