Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Revit Designer to join our team. As a Revit Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and models using Revit software. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop innovative solutions for various projects.
Duties:
- Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D models using Revit software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
- Generate construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations
- Conduct clash detection using to identify and resolve design conflicts
- Assist in the development of schematic designs and presentations
- Utilize Sketchup, CAD, , and SolidWorks as needed for specific projects
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project deadlines are met
- Conduct regular quality checks on design work to ensure accuracy
Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit software is required
- Strong knowledge of architectural and mechanical design principles
- Proficiency in 2D animation software is a plus
- Familiarity with Sketchup, CAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks is beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate designs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
