Security Title is Hiring an Escrow Coordinator Near St. Louis, MO
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates title operations with other departments (e.g., customer service, searching, examining, and accounting);
- Communicates with clients in the opening and closing of title files.
- Prepares documents and instructions for closing transactions.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Adheres to company policies and guidelines.
- Other job responsibilities as assigned.
- Good administrative skills.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must be discrete and confidential.
Coordinator must have excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers. Requires ability to work independently and or within a team structure. Must have the ability to recognize the need to escalate matters when necessary. Positive, clear communication skills and strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to adapt quickly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office preferred.
Prior knowledge of RamQuest and/Softpro software, a plus.
Prior knowledge of real estate transaction closings and work experience in title industry is not required but preferred.
