Security Pros is looking for individuals that want to get outside, get some exercise, see nature, interact with people and get to know some great business owners and guests.

This is a Security Officer position that is Observe and Report. There is no chasing, no detaining and no arresting people. It is Observe and Report. It is showing a presence of security and helping Old Mill guests with directions, concerns and calling the appropriate authorities in situations that warrant law enforcement or other emergency services.

Meet and talk to other Security Officers at the Old Mill prior to job acceptance to get a feel for the position. Job includes complete training, certification class and uniforms. Work with other officers in an environment of camaraderie and connection while working in an outdoor environment unmatched anywhere else in Bend.

Requirements to be certified to work in Oregon's security industry: High School Diploma or GED and a minimum age of 18.
