Security Plumbing & Drains is Hiring a Dispatcher Near San Marcos, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling plumbing services to ensure plumbing technicians get to the customer doors. The ideal candidate will have experience with transportation management systems and possess excellent communication skills an willing to learn new skills.

You will be required to perform day to day office work. This includes the following.

1- Collecting payment over the phone or email and processing.

2- Customer follow ups/communications.

3- Scheduling and dispatching jobs on the computer.

4- Spell checking and sending invoices.

5- Posting jobs on the app and sending it to customer when complete.

This job is performed from office. You will be trained to help with day to day operation working under the office manager. All training will be provided to professional perform the job. We are looking form someone who is honest and hardworking to assist us with office work at a small plumbing company. Job consists of day to day assistant as is needed daily. Clear communication skills over the phone is a must. Sales skills is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher or in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with plumbing dispatch, or similar software and or willing to learn this easy system
- Proficient in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Familiarity with GPS, location of areas of San Diego and surrounding
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
