Job Duties Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. As the Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations. Assisting in documentation of systems that have been sold including parts lists, purchase orders and system configurations.

Order and receive parts. Pull parts from inventory and assemble job boxes for customer installations. Keep track of parts that are needed, used and the material cost for installations. Document and ship items that need to be returned or repaired.

Assist with customer service, answering phones and helping customers with their systems or problems. Remotely connect to customers systems to program, trouble shoot and pull event logs.

Skills and Requirements:

· This role requires full-time on-site presence; remote work isn't feasible due to the responsibilities of the position.

· Has to be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel proficiently.

· Necessary to learn to use various security industry software programs.

· One must be able to write clearly and legibly.

· Must be capable of accurately file alphabetically and numerically.

· Proficiency in spoken and written English, with clear and polite telephone communication skills required.

· Must be able to lift 25 lbs. to move and lift file boxes and parts.

· Ability to be able to sit and type for long periods of time.

· A team player is a must!

· Must be able to pass criminal background test.

· Must be able to pass Drug Test
