This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Space division located in Denver, CO. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to the critical programs under the Space business area. This IT professional will ensure that the Lockheed Martin IT systems are managed, controlled, and compliant with the Corporate Information Protection Manuals (CIPM). This includes upgrades, operations and maintenance, Hardware and Software installations, domain accounts, password issues and service requests (Servers, Workstations, and Storage). This position provides Windows System Administration services including installation, integration and configuration of Windows, VMWare, and Hyper-V servers, as well as the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Instructions (SOI's) in support of several programs. This includes upgrades, operations and maintenance, hardware/software installations, backups and service requests in the support of program area IT environments. As a Windows System Admin, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting edge LM Space Security programs while also having the opportunity to start up IT programs from the ground up. As a Windows System Admin, you'll be expected to: • Utilize system administration and architecture skills as primary IT support for several classified environments • Install/configure Windows operating systems and software applications • Perform periodic audits of system security settings • Install operating system security patches and firmware updates • Create/manage security groups • Coordinate hardware repair activities • Schedule and monitor data backups • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software problems/issues • Create scripts to automate system administrative tasks *** This role is onsite, in Littleton, CO, working a "4x10" schedule or some variation, with every Friday off! ***
Basic Qualifications:
• Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and pass a CI Poly
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security certification or better within the first 60 days of employment
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange Server management
• Experience with Linux and Windows environment
• Working knowledge of storage solutions
• Wide range of knowledge across IT disciplines including software, hardware, network engineering
• Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Many issues are non-standard and require involved research and investigation work.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Certificate Authorities (CAs) and Trusted Platform Modules (TPMs)
• Knowledge of configuration management systems
• Experience with System Engineering/Architecture/Administration in a large and distributed environment
• Understanding of network configuration
• Experience with Domain Capable Windows/Linux/Virtualization
• Understanding of cyber security requirements and application onto an information system

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
