The person acts as liaison between the employees and various stakeholders within the organization. This individual will serve as the first point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist internal management and staff with ensuring that all SIS licensing needs are met, maintaining all license-related compliance, and ensuring all applicable licenses are up to date. The Compliance Coordinator will report to the Training Manager. Essential Job Functions:• Coordinates efforts between various business units as appropriate• Oversee audits performed by the department • Act as point of escalation for employee licensing issues• Create instructional materials and conduct training • Coordinate applications for new professional licenses (from inception to completion) and other company certifications• Provide licensing requirements for all company job descriptions• Maintain licensing agency filings and rosters• Collaborate with state auditors and internal employees to maintain license compliance (i.e. records, guard cards uniforms, and office requirements)• Perform other related duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications and Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience• Two to three years’ experience in a legal, government, analyst, or similar corporate environment• Experience with reading and interpreting State, Federal, and Local legislation and communication with government authorities• Extensive knowledge of PC and iOS hardware and software including word processing, data analysis, presentation, email, Salesforce, and calendaring programs• Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer serviceWhat we can offer:• $66,560 annually • Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k for eligible employees• Paid Time Off including Sick/Safe Time• A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunity for growthAdditional Information:Security Agency # 13936Private Investigative Agency # 28063
