• Provide excellent customer service, assisting and addressing the concerns of visitors and employees.

• Monitor facility access points, employing verification procedures to authenticate the identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises, in support of a secure environment.
• Maintain precise and detailed logs documenting activities, incidents, and notable observations, facilitating comprehensive reporting and analysis for enhanced security measures.
• Enforce security procedures in the relevant Security Post Instruction.
• Execute routine tasks with proficiency, such as securely locking and unlocking doors, activating and deactivating security systems, and diligently monitoring surveillance feeds for signs of potential threats or breaches.
