Job Overview:
Our security guard service company is currently hiring dedicated individuals to join our team as Unarmed Security Guards for one of our esteemed clients, a dispensary. The ideal candidates will possess a valid guard card, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to upholding security standards.
- Conduct thorough check-ins of customers' identification using a computerized system.
- Ensure the safety and security of the dispensary premises during operational hours.
- Collaborate with dispensary staff to address security concerns and ensure a smooth operation.
- Monitor and control access to the dispensary to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications:
- A valid Guard Card is a must.
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer skills for ID check-ins.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or
- Thursday to Sunday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
