Location: Twin Falls, ID
Starting Pay: $17.75/hour
We are seeking full time employees to join our Security Supervisor team! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to be a part of spearheading a rapidly growing industry. Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Assist/maintain/coordinate schedules and shift coverage
- Interface to client and office to apprise of changes to site
- Train and update officers on site procedures
- Ensure vehicle is maintained in best possible condition
Supervisor Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection and response services.
- Calm, polite, and professional behavior
- Good organizational skills
- High results orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, at various social levels and across diverse cultures
- 2 years of supervisor experience required, preferably in security
- Prior military or law enforcement preferred
