We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Officer to join our team.

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. Your primary role will be to monitor and patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and enforce security procedures. Ideally we are looking for candidates with the ability to work a variety of all shifts throughout the week. That includes 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts. Your schedule would vary weekly depending on site needs.

Site location: Andover, MA

Duties: - Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the safety and security of the premises - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activity - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards - Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely manner - Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of daily activities - Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong observation skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally - CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications preferred - Experience in conflict management, loss prevention, or law enforcement is a plus
