Pay: $20.00-$21.50/hour

The Anchorage Area has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Supervisor. We are seeking a personable, dedicated individual to supervise a team of Security Officers to include ensuring operational effectiveness, scheduling, payroll and training.
The successful candidate will need previous experience in developing a high performing team, strong customer service skills and great communication.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Previous Security experience (2 Years)
- Previous Supervisor experience (2 Years)
- Planning, organizing and leadership skills
- Ability to take initiative, achieve results and meet deadlines
- Driver's License and Certification
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
