Securitas Security Services is Hiring a Part Time Coordinator, Training & Development Near Parsippany, NJ

JOB SUMMARY: 
Part Time Coordinator will support the Training and Development teams and work closely with other departments. In this role, you’ll help support Securitas in transferring data to the Oracle Learning platform.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, associates are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company representatives.
1. Data cleanup and validation checks between SuccessFactors LMS and Oracle Learning
2. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
3. Establishes entry priorities
4. Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
5. Combines data from both systems when information is incomplete
6. Performs a variety of office administrative functions, such as preparing correspondences and running TalentED reports
7. Schedule and attend meetings along with the Talent Development Project team
8. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
9. Complete other tasks as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma/GED
• At least one year related work experience preferred
Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):
• Collecting, Analyzing & Interpreting Data – ability to understand and conclude from quantitative or qualitative data
• Attention to Detail – focusing on the details of work content, work steps and final work products
• Tools – Experience in MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, etc.
• Effective communication skills
• Collaborates well with strong interpersonal and organizational savvy
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated
  • Team Player, Organized, Critical Thinker
  • Ability to Multi-Task
  • Project Management experience would be beneficial but not required

Working Conditions and Physical/Mental Demands

• Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations
• Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection survey

• Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently

• Must be able to work a flexible part-time schedule of 20-25 hours per week (Monday - Friday) and additional hours if needed
• Work location is remote and can be based anywhere in the US
