Rate: $22.29/hour
Schedule: Fri-Sat 2230-0630, Sun-Mon 2300-0700, Thu 1430-223
Under the supervision of the GSOC Manager, the job of the GSOC Operator is to safeguard the personnel and property of the client from safety and security hazards. Additionally, the GSOC Operator will enforce the client’s safety and security policies. The GSOC Agent must be professional and comfortable working in a fast-paced, and high stress environment. GSOC Agents are expected to monitor multiple systems including but not limited to, alarm monitoring interface, network video surveillance systems and multiple communication mediums, including IP Telephony, instant messaging (including SMS), email administration, Voice over IP (Radio).

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Intermediate/strong computer and technology skills needed
- Must be able to respond quickly
