Construction Security – Full Time

Location: Beaverton, OR

Rate: $18.00/HR - Thurs-Fri 1500-2300/ Sat-Sun 2300-0700-

This position does not have to be driver certified in and of itself, but if they want to have the opportunity to be considered for regular ADI patrol duty, they need to be capable of being so. The primary duties for this shift are to vigilantly and actively patrol the construction areas of the campus, including but not limited to the contractor staging areas, buildings under construction and the property line. A conspicuous and active presence in the name of deterrence, along with attentive observation and reporting on suspicious activity, is what is called for. This position will be outdoors the majority of the shift regardless of weather, although in the last hour of the day they may be recalled for posting indoors at the rollup door. I would expect the officer to be on their feet more than 50% of the time.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older 
• High School Diploma or GED Required 
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
• Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
• Customer service background preferred 
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
