The key functions of the Securitas Technology Operations Supervisor works with a team within a Warehouse environment to process shipments of finished goods and the receiving of goods while ensuring accuracy of parts and carrier selection in compliance with company and customer requirements, and proper billing of shipments and receipt of correct material/parts/product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Programs cameras and NVRs
• Checks items to be shipped against bill of material list to ascertain that part number, quantity, and labeling is correct
• Prepares shipping documents by recording necessary details pertaining to shipment to comply with internal audit standards and standard operating procedures
• Putting away received/processed parts into a rack and row
• Delivering parts to designated workstations
• Maintains established inventory control procedures
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies
• Resolves programming problems; notifying supervisor to obtain additional help and resources when needed
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED 1 years of experience in a warehouse environment

Desired Qualifications

• Good typing skills, working knowledge of computers, and MS Excel

• Computer networking knowledge, I.P. addressing, (not required)
• Able to operate material handling equipment. Pallet jack / Hand truck
• Ability to lift and/or carry weight up to 50 lbs
• Ability to comply with operation procedures, work instructions, organizational policies and guidelines
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to complete task in tight time frames while multitasking
