Job Responsibilities :

• Back room operations support for Branch to prepare for closing.
• Evaluate and review real estate contracts and supporting documents.
• Responsible for requesting & / or follow-up on payoffs, homeowner’s association demands, verify tax information. Along with any other title liens or documents required prior to close.
• Exercise sound judgment to identify discrepancies, assess risks, and make informed decisions.

Job Requirements :

• Adapt seamlessly to a collaborative team environment while also excelling independently.
• Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos (proper punctuation, spelling, grammar a must).
• Excellent verbal / written skills along with strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to deliver superior customer service.
• Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment.
• Experience on an escrow desk a plus.
• The preferred candidate would reside in the Midvale area.
