We are seeking a smart, friendly, out-going, hard-working front desk receptionist.

We would prefer someone with office experience, but not necessary. We will train.

Job duties include:

• Greeting employees, vendors and guests
• Maintaining the front desk, lobby area, and kitchens
• Office & Kitchen supply inventory tracking and restocking
• Maintain candidate databases
• Mail sorting, FedEx and food delivery
• Decorate and make announcements for birthdays and holidays
• Taking everyone's temperature as they enter the office
• Wipe down and disinfect common areas each hour
• Other duties as assigned

The hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Monday - Friday.
