You'll have access to do business across the country as we continue to get approved in another 25 states.

Summary of position

• All leads are provided (no need for you to generate business)
• All A-Paper leads, we buy at least 50 leads per MLO
• Average close time is 24 days on both Refinance and Purchase loans
• Base, Plus Aggressive Commission Structure…. Still Paying Up to 100 BP.
• You’ll mainly work from your desk approximately 40 hours per week, but Remote opportunities do exist.
• 90% of clients work with us through Direct Mail Calls and Qualified Live Transfers from our Onsite call Center.
• Fast paced environment where you’ll need to quickly respond to leads providing a quote.
• Continuously follow up to convert leads to clients
• Once lead is converted to client assure, they complete their application and provide all documents for us to initiate the loan process

Required Skills for this position

• Knowledge of Calyx Point
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Thorough understanding of lender credit/rebate and loan discount points
• Ability to price mortgages through various lender portals pricing engines
• Must be able to explain every section of the GFE/LE to clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work very quickly and efficiently in sending quotes to clients
• Must achieve a 33% conversion ratio on leads to applications
• Ability to multi-task
