Position: Senior IT Systems Engineer
Description: Secure Enterprise Engineering is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer who desires to focus on soup to nuts cyber project management and coordination - to completely own applied research and experimentation projects and ensure their success by doing whatever it takes to achieve that success. You'll be engineering projects that will develop and implement next-generation IT tools, systems, and capabilities. You'll coordinate with various parties to ensure the mission effect is achieved and utilize your technical expertise throughout the entire process to ensure everything is accomplished in a sound and secure manner. You will:• Evaluate, develop, and deliver technical input to the systems engineering process• Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation• Interact with the various customers regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts• Oversee the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility• Communicate with other program personnel, overseers, and senior executives• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans• Analyze complex information and independently take appropriate actions to resolve problems• Provide engineering guidance to technical staff and establishes effective working relationships with other partners• Deliver briefings on complex topics to groups, which may include high-level decision makers• Work complex research projects as a senior contributor and as part of an integrated research team• Design and deliver solutions.Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph 
Required Skills/Education

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a System Engineer
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in System Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum DoD 8570 IASAE Level II certification.

• Exposure to Cloud/AWS
• A problem solver who can get in, be given a project, and use engineering skills to determine a solution
• Knowledge of DoD Architecture Framework (DODAF)
• Able to build systems from the ground up – network architecture/systems engineering.
