Secure Base Counseling Center is hiring CTSS and ARMHS Mental Health Practitioners to join our team!

PURPOSE OF POSITION: Mental Health Practitioners work directly with clients throughout the lifespan in the home and community.

SALARY: $20 - $25 per client contact hour, based on experience. Travel reimbursement included!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum education: Bachelors degree in behavioral sciences or related fields and 2,000 hours of experience providing services to individuals with a mental illness or a substance use disorder; or a traumatic brain injury or a developmental disability
• OR 4,000 hours of experience providing services to individuals with a mental illness or a substance use disorder; or a traumatic brain injury or a developmental disability
• OR completed a practicum or internship which required direct interaction with adults or children and was focused on behavioral sciences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Willingness to work from an attachment perspective and with a team approach.
• Work directly with clients in-home, in the community, in schools and in the office. Transport clients in employee owned vehicles and work across environments.
• Work collaboratively with the therapist and clinical supervisor to create treatment plans for their clients.
• Write progress notes for each session conducted with a client.
• Maintains own caseload, schedules those clients both in home and in office.
• Attend mandatory weekly educational and case consultation meetings.
• Travel to clients is required.
