- Following prescribed Standard Operating Procudures for basic and emergency response
- Liasing with security and building management to commucate, escalate, and solve problems
- Working wiht leadership towards correction of errors
- Creating detailed reporst on building and SOC activity
- Patrolling the interior and exterior of the contract site
- Performing duties in accordance with Post Orders
- Controlling/resticting access to the property
- Two posts in guard shack and main apartment building
- Monitor parking lot, all overnight outside and inside
