Job Title: Escape Room "Time Professor" Game Master

Job Type: Part-time

Location: Secrets Escape Rooms (On-site, no remote work available)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Escape Room Game Master to join our team and are looking for someone with direct customer service and management experience. As a Time Professor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a fun and exciting experience while they attempt to solve the puzzles and escape from our themed rooms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests, introduce them to the rules of the game, and set the stage for the escape room experience dressed and acting in character for our Steam Punk Era Theme.

• Provide clues and hints to guests to help them solve puzzles and escape the room within the allotted time, when prompted.

• Monitor and track the progress of guests throughout the game, and intervene as necessary to ensure the safety of all participants and the integrity of the game.

• Reset and prepare the escape rooms after each game, ensuring that all puzzles and props are in working order and ready for the next group of guests.

• Maintain a clean and orderly game area, including the lobby, game rooms, and restrooms.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

• Opening and closing the store. Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Passion for gaming, puzzles, and immersive experiences.

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.

• Previous management experience is preferred.
