- Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills required

Responsibilities

• You will provide follow-up counseling and ongoing support to Debt Management clients who are experiencing difficulty in making monthly payments and modify terms of the repayment plan if necessary and feasible
• Dialing 50-100 leads a day
• Use DEBT PAY PRO tracking system for responding to debt management, credit counseling and customer queries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,138.00 - $10,935.00 per month

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

Work setting:

• Call center

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
