Job Location Bing - San Carlos, CA * Care about food insecurity and want to make a difference in the community

* Enjoy collaborating to troubleshoot issues and improve processes

* Collaborate to develop the customer service training strategy

* Participate in curriculum development and manage the production of training modules

* Work cross-departmentally with Second Harvest staff to customize trainings

* Use relationships with partners and volunteers to inform training material content

* Alter and improve trainings to best fit the needs of the group participating

* Track the success of training and manage continuous cycle of improvement

* Oversee rollout of trainings to Second Harvest staff

* Lead and manage the Train the Trainer model to reach the broadest audience

* Work with partner sites to understand their needs and manage trainings with their staff and volunteers

* Communicate effectively and conduct trainings with all stakeholders (staff, partners, volunteers, clients)

* Oversee training acknowledgment process (e.g., training certificates)

* Deep understanding of effective teaching strategies

* Experience successfully training diverse populations

* Exemplary communication skills

* Extensive customer service experience

* Project management skills

* Strong attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines and expectations

* Desire to serve and provide a great client experience

* Outgoing, friendly, personable, and non-judgmental

* High emotional intelligence

* Passionate about collaborating with a wide diversity of people

* Can do attitude, problem solver

* Adaptable and flexible

* Fluency in Spanish or Vietnamese desired

* Valid drivers license

* 4-6 years of directly related experience

* Some team lead or people management experience is desirable.

**Compensation**

$68,470.00 - $85,588.00 is the wage range for this position. The salary wage offer will be commensurate with skills and experience. Outstanding and generous health benefits program, 4-5 weeks of Flexible Time Off (vacation and sick), ten paid holidays, and retirement plan.
