Seaview Orthopedics is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Ocean, NJ

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to patients and visitors, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Verify patient information and insurance coverage
  • Collect payments and process insurance claims
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical office software
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
