Summary:

Aegis Security Insurance Company / Seaview Insurance Company has a need for a talented and seasoned individual to join our team of claims professionals in our Phoenix based office. This Multi-Line Claims Representative will be focused on liability claims related to our Commercial Trucking and Homeowners’ insurance business. You will ensure delivery of “best in class” claims service by adhering to best practices that promote timely, accurate, and efficient claim resolution. Finally, as a member of the claim’s team, you will be expected to exhibit strong interpersonal skills with other departments and team members, while providing strong contributions to overall company and claims department success. *ONLY candidates with previous and relevant claims experience will be considered*

Key Accountabilities & Competencies:

• Drives superior results and produces standard claim outcomes by investigating and adjusting multi-line liability claims.

• Superior people skills and positive working relationships with other groups and vendors, internally and externally.

• Demonstrates ownership attitude with the ability to be analytical and make accurate decisions.

• Personal computer literate with proficiency.

• Other duties as assigned.

Core Requirements:

• Should have at least 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in an insurance claims environment handling trucking and homeowners’ liability claims.

• AIC or CPCU degree or equivalent insurance course preferred.

• Ability to maintain adjuster license in required states.

• Must be in the greater Phoenix area.

Location and Schedule: 8-hour shift 1-hour lunch in our Phoenix office (office based).

Pay: $70,000 – $85,000 base pay *Compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, and education.
