Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care in accordance with established care plans and approved standards.
• Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, grooming, and ambulation.
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs, intake and output, and patient progress.
• Communicating effectively with patients and their families, as well as members of the healthcare team, to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Adhering to all facility policies and procedures, as well as HIPAA regulations.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and embracing a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in English, both in verbal and written communication
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekend and holiday hours as needed
• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Must be 18 years old and above
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent
• Accomplished clean criminal background history
• Basic computer skills, including the use of electronic medical records systems
