Seattle Public Schools utilizes ESA pools for various reasons related to recruitment. Pools provide ability for SPS to begin to engage with recruitment of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Psychologists, and Speech Language Pathologists for vacancies we know will be identified as we approach Spring and throughout the Summer. They provide candidates the ability to begin to create their profiles and refine their application for consideration. Pools will also be utilized for hard to fill recruitment throughout the year as well as for consideration related to potential Career Fair.
Please note that if you are a current contracted ESA with Seattle Public Schools, you do not need to fill out this application. You will apply directly to positions through the internal transfer application when hiring for the 2024-25 school year begins in early spring.
