The Clinical Research Budget Specialist is responsible for development of coverage analyses for new studies and the maintenance and update of the coverage determinations for protocol amendments. This position captures all administrative fees, items and services, and investigator and study team efforts required to carry out the study in the internal budget. The position may be responsible for the sponsor budget counters for clinical research studies regardless of funding source and budget negotiation for industry-sponsored studies under the guidance of more senior CRBA. The incumbent will leverage current and future Seattle Children's systems, such as a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), to support pre-award activities, including working with CTMS calendar builders to ensure accurate calendar building and managing CTMS task lists.

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children’s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
This compensation range is specific to Seattle, positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors.
