We provide in home care, companionship, and care management for seniors and vulnerable adults in Portland and the surrounding towns. We currently have the following need

1 - IMMEDIATE NEED for caregiver in Rhodendon - noc and day shifts needed ASAP to work with bedbound client. Travel time up to one hour both ways will be paid time for those who live west of Sandy.

2 - immediate need for caregiver for a gentleman in Estacada - every Tuesday, 8 am to 8 pm. No personal care but will require a car to drive him to appointments. May pick up other shifts as desired.

3 - immediate need for in home companions to work with a lady residing in Southeast Portland. 12 hour shifts, 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am. Must have car and clean driving record.

4 - Sundays only - need someone to drive company wheelchair van to take client to church. Can also pick up other shifts available

5 - on call companion needed to cover emergency call outs and open shifts. No set schedule. Pay is $25 an hour. Must have car and clean driving record

Duties:

• Provide companionship to clients living in their own homes
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands
• Social interaction with the clients - puzzles, games, reading
• Personal care, depending on assigned client needs
• Medication administration, depending on assigned client needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with seniors and adults with disabilities
• CPR certified or able to obtain
• Good observational and writing skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have a smart phone for clocking in and out and documentation
• Driver's license, car, and clean driving record

Compensation:

• Pay is $20 - $22 an hour depending on experience, education, and assigned client
• Paid Sick leave
• Training provided
• $150 bonus at 90 days for CNA's
