Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Meat Carver to join our team. The Meat Carver will be responsible for preparing and carving various meats for guests in a professional and efficient manner. Carisma and being able to entertain the guest while making their plate.

Responsibilities:
- Carve and slice meats according to guest's preferences and portion sizes
- Package and present carved meats attractively for service
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with meat selection and recommendations
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines during all food preparation and handling processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the carving station and kitchen area
- Assist in other food production tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in food preparation, particularly in meat cutting or carving
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficiency in working with knives and other culinary tools
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is preferred
