- 7 years of Clinical Nursing experience with 3 years in Surgical Services and 5 years in Management/Leadership
- Current State of TN or Multi-State/Compact RN License
- Critical thinking and decisive judgment skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Cardiac Surgery Service Lines is preferred
