Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as servers. The server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and seat them at their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals.
• Check back with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Upsell additional menu items and specials to increase revenue.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down tables as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.
• Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Food handler's certification (may be required depending on local regulations).
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
