Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspector to join our team. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of our properties meet cleanliness and safety standards. Your attention to detail and thoroughness will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized environment for our employees and visitors.
Duties:
1. Inspect properties for cleanliness and damages
2. Take photographs using the app to document inspections
3. Leave condos presented for next guest arrival with welcome bags and amenities
4. Must have reliable transportation, be self motivated and work at a quick pace.
5. Pickup and drop off linen as needed
6. Make beds as needed
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and practices
- Experience in housekeeping management or hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficient in floor care, including carpet cleaning, stripping, waxing, and buffing
- Familiarity with hotel or custodial cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
