JOB TITLE: Elementary STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math) Education Teacher (1.0 FTE)
REPORTS TO: Building Principal
JOB SUMMARY: The primary duties and responsibilities of the STEAM teacher involve instruction directly related to STEAM and computer science in our Art & Science classroom. A successful candidate must be collaborative, a relationship builder, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be well trained in technology, lesson design, early learners, while providing effective and engaging teaching strategies. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 190-day contract at 1.0 FTE. Salary as per negotiated contract, with excellent benefit package. Contingent on budget approval in the 2022-2023 budget. Starting: August 2022.
