SEASCAPE RESORTS is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Miramar Beach, FL

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of our company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounts receivable processes. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring timely receipt and recording of daily financial information.

Responsibilities:
- Process and record daily accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently - Ability to multi-task and manage customer service issues
- Generate and send out statements to customers
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Experience with customer service is a plus
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
