We are seeking a talented creative instructional designer to join our team in building a new program from the ground up.

As one of our instructional designers, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging high-quality computer-based training and simulations, as well as in-person training materials that meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities :

• Designing and developing instructional materials such as computer-based tutorials, simulations, videos, job aids, learning aids, and other multimedia content
• Photographing and video recording live events at the work site
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure that learning materials are accurate and effective
• Developing assessments and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the training
• Use instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create engaging and effective learner centered-training materials
• Review and evaluate existing instructional materials for improvement opportunities
• Operate both independently and collaboratively to manage projects from start to finish through proactive communication and time-efficient project management skills
• Work closely and collaboratively with the Senior Instructional Designer
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Learning Design, or a related field, Master's preferred
• Must be able to travel to work site to times per week to video record and photograph live events
• Proven experience in designing and developing e-learning content, instructional design, and adult learning principles
• Demonstrate proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, Premier Pro, Blender or similar software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Education / Experience : Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education ( Bachelor) and typically or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience ( Master years' related work experience, years' related work experience, etc.).
